SPEAKER COACH

Geno Carr

Geno Carr is a San Diego based actor, singer, director and educator who originated the role of Oz & others in the Tony and Olivier Award-winning hit musical Come From Away. He has appeared On and Off-Broadway, on five national tours and in over one hundred productions across North America. Geno has directed plays and musicals at Sarah Lawrence College, Stephens College, Grossmont College, Hartwick College, Heritage Theatre Festival, and Moonlight Youth Theatre. He spent two years serving as Assistant Professor of Theatre and Guest Artist at Stephens College, is currently adjunct faculty at Grossmont College, and has taught at MiraCosta College and on three voyages with Semester at Sea. In New York, he taught with Broadway Classroom, Believe NYC, Junior Tours and Broadway Arts Collective. In San Diego, he served as Co-Director of Education for San Diego Musical Theatre Academy and has taught/coached at North Coast Repertory Theatre, North County School of the Arts, Intrepid Theatre and Moonlight Youth Theatre. Geno holds an MFA in Acting and Directing from Sarah Lawrence College, a dual BA in Music and Theatre from Hartwick College and is a member of Actors’ Equity Association and the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society.

Allison Pearce

Allison grew up all around the world with a father in the Military. It was because of this cultural and immersive experience that led her into the arts. She has a B.F.A in Music Theatre from Elon University, M.F.A in Drama (Concentration in Speech) from University of San Diego, 500 Hour Yoga Certification, 20 years on the Broadway Stage and in Film/TV, and 15 years of professional coaching and collegiate teaching. Allison ties it all together to give her clients a wide range of tools and skills to excel as speakers. 

Allison launched Pearce Studios, LLC to serve a host of clients from software engineers, lawyers, executives, teachers & actors to help them reach their goals in the arena of public speaking on stage or camera. She has clients ranging from Google Cloud, Spotify, SDG&E & more. She lives in San Diego with her daughter and husband teaching 6 days a week. Her work will always be filled with MERAKI -“to do something with soul, creativity, or love: to put something of yourself in your work."

Bibi Moma

Bibi  Mama is a Los Angeles based speaker coach of West African descent. Bibi's mother speaks four languages, and her father, an English professor, speaks five. Her love for language was born from hearing the nuances of the various dialects spoken at home on a daily basis. Bibi has coached actors and public speakers across the country. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Howard University  and earned her MFA from the University of San Diego Shiley Graduate Acting Program. Bibi is a proud Junior Board member of the Voice and Speech Trainers Association (VASTA)

NICK MILLS


Nick Mills is a professor at NYU, Tisch School of the Arts, where teaches sophomore Acting. He also works with GK Training as an Executive Speech consultant, coaching a wide variety of professionals in real estate, law, and tech in order to improve their communication skills. As a professional actor, he has appeared on HBO's Succession as well as on Broadway. Bringing his extensive experience on set, he has worked with top executives at Google Cloud in New York City as a Speaker Coach. Additionally, he coaches high school juniors and seniors with Musical Theater College Auditions. He holds an MFA from NYU and is based in New York City.
